As “mad men” (and “mad women”) we spend the bulk of our days brainstorming ad campaigns, working with clients and devising strategies to take over the world. But we also do lots of creative stuff outside of the office. Things like playing guitar in a rock band, designing theatre sets for local productions, and shooting homemade movies…mostly about our kids, our friends and each other.

Personally, I like to write. And a while back I had my first book published. The Da Vinci Dog is a comical satire on contemporary art told through the eyes of my dog, Brinks. I adopted him from the Humane Society of Broward County and, to thank them, Brinks and I dontate 25 percent of our profits to local and national animal shelters.

CBS News heard about our story and came by the house (aka Brinks’ studio) for an interview. Click here to see the video.

The Da Vinci Dog is available everywhere books are sold. Places like BarnesandNoble.com, Amazon.com, or your favorite neighborhood bookstore.
