Integration. At bfw, we embraced technology long ago, and we staff a complete, in-house interactive department.

These "web wonders" - as they've been so aptly dubbed - provide extraordinary design, programming, database administration, and interactive media planning. Basically, all the services that a larger agency usually farms out.

We understand the power that new media and new technologies bring to communications initiatives – particularly in their ability to maximize and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. For example, our in-house team recently developed a sophisticated software program called inTracTM, allowing us to track the effectiveness of a broad array of advertising media, including print and electronic. Because it's proprietary, we're able to customize the package to fit individual client needs. And because it's web-based, it can be accessed and used without installing or learning new software.

inTrac allows us to assign correlations between media outlets, creative executions, audiences, lists, regions, times of day, and more. In simpler terms – it allows us to see what works, and then shift-on-the-fly. Which magnifies the effect of your advertising dollars.
