Agency. bfw is the product of a clear vision, solid partnerships, and talented people doing what they love to do.

bfw represents the breadth of experience and expertise of its founder, Jim Workman. Jim has long been part of the South Florida creative scene, providing creative, production, and consulting services to a variety of clients across a range of industries, for more than 25 years.

By the mid 90's, Jim was ready to focus more exclusively on the strategic, creative and media components in a traditional marketing mix — more along the lines of a traditional agency structure. With one important twist — an "early adapters" familiarity and expertise with new media.

Toward that end, he formed a partnership with Christian Boswell (a former client) to bring bfw front and center. In 2000, bfw relocated from Fort Lauderdale to Boca Raton — reflecting both the Agency's growth, and the inevitable northern migration of everything in South Florida.

In the 6 years since, annualized billings and staff size have more than doubled, and Jim has much more fun, and many less headaches.
